11.00 convergence rides leave from four points

12:00 – Start, Rides Arrive
12:30 – Official Opening, Councillor Burns
13:00 – Buena Vista Entertainments Road Show, Cycling Activities, Road
Safety Competitions, Races and Children's Entertainment Begin
15:30 – Bicycle Parade Through Town
16:30 – The Prize to be Drawn (What Prize??)

Cycling Scotland trainers will be giving free cycle skills taster sessions to adults and children who would like to start cycling in the safest, easiest and most enjoyable way.
Andrew Caldwell, the Cycling Development Officer for City of Edinburgh Council Community Education will test your cycling skills on a specially designed obstacle course.
Ride the bicycle train and try a selection of unusual cycles and family friendly bikes courtesy of The Bike Station and Edinburgh Cycle Hire.
Lothian and Borders Police Road Safety Department will provide information, advice and cycle security tagging.
Free children's entertainment will include unicyclists, jugglers, music, bike jam, competitions and much, much more.....
Everyone can participate as extra bicycles will be available on the day
